Online interactive workshops on improving communication and connection within our families

Do you long for authenticity, belongingness and connection in your relationships in the family?

Many of us struggle to communicate assertively, clearly, and with a sense of connection with our family members.

📢 Our 90-120 minute workshops are designed to help you explore the power of empathy, self-awareness, and community building in the context of family communication. Held online, each workshop will focus on a specific topic and provide practical techniques for building stronger relationships with your loved ones. Whether you're looking to express yourself more effectively, manage conflict with grace and compassion, or set healthy boundaries in your family relationships, our workshops offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can connect with like-minded individuals and gain the skills and insights you need to create a more positive, fulfilling family dynamic.

Testimonials

Here is what the participants from the previous workshops share about Family Conversations 101…

💬 Astha creates a safe space in all her sessions which makes me feel comfortable in being vulnerable in front of strangers or people I don't know well. Her prompts make it easier for me to understand my inner self and express my needs. I would recommend her sessions to anyone who is looking to understand their conflicts better in order resolve them.

💬 “The need to be heard is one of the most fundamental needs!”, Astha could not have put it any better. So grateful that she is helping others trying to hear and be heard!

💬 I am a better person after these two hours. I can recall many situations within my family and outside which could be better if I knew it earlier. I think all the people within my inner circle will benefit from this.

💬 Astha was flawless in her execution. She designed it beautifully by adding games and interaction sessions. She kept it light so you will not feel any information overload and you will be able to have key take aways.

💬 Sharing in the pairs was really helpful. I was able to see myself from a distance that how I sound to my parents and what my parents intentions are. This can navigate you to a better direction while you're having a conversation with you family members.

💬 The Homecoming Project is a wonderful idea. There is a lot to gain from understanding how to communicate better, and these workshops provide a supportive, warm space to start from.

💬 I strongly recommend the Homecoming Project to anyone who is having trouble talking to their family and even those who [think] they have resolved the issues in their family…. Sometimes we need [a space] to also hear our own selves. That sometimes takes a back seat. I think this workshop helps in that area.
