Living Compassion is an invitation to live from our wholeness; to welcome every experience, joyful or painful, as an expression of our aliveness. It is a path of meeting life with an open heart, where nothing within us is cast aside, and everything becomes part of the dance of life.

By listening to our emotions/experiences with compassion, we integrate hidden aspects of ourselves, unlocking creativity, connection, and a true homecoming to who we are. This in turn supports us in seeing the wholeness in others as well. In this way, Living Compassion is living in the fullness of life.

🌿 What You’ll Take Away
Over nine months, we move from theoretical understanding to embodied presence. Alongside deep self-connection, you’ll:
- Embrace All of You: Learn practices that help you relate with ‘unpleasant experiences’ with curiosity & wholeness. Explore practical tools to embody compassion in everyday life.
- Cultivate Interior Space: Build the self awareness and fullness needed to show up with response-ability in your relationships.
- Deepen Needs Consciousness: Take a deep dive into the heart of Nonviolent Communication through practical, everyday embodiment.
This work is most easily accessible in a supportive heart-centered community, and which is why the journey includes ample spaces for us to nurture a safe container and grow connections that we carry beyond the programme.
Journey Structure:
- Offline Component: In-Person Immersions - Two deep-dive retreats at the Quiet Healing Centre (March 7–14 & Nov 21–28, 2027) | 14 days of in-person residential training
- Online Component:
- 1. Two group online sessions between the two retreats**, facilitated by Mironel**
- 2. Continuous support through: Practice Circles (Monthly) and Empathy Buddy Pairs (Fortnightly) to integrate the work into your daily life.
